Deliverability & security
- To improve deliverability, add the sending domain (
allworx-voicemail.com
) to allow/whitelist and your contacts list.
- SPF/DKIM/DMARC records (managed by your domain/email provider) affect whether messages are accepted or filtered.
- Very large attachments can be blocked by some mail servers — long recordings may result in larger WAV files.
Important: Some relay or delivery problems may be beyond Networks by Plouffe’s control. If you suspect provider-level filtering, please contact your internal IT or email provider in addition to our support team.
When contacting support, include desired relay address(es), example timestamps, and any delivery failure messages or bounce notifications.
