Overview
Our Email Relay service takes voicemail recordings and notifications from your
phone system and delivers them to any email address you choose — without
OAUTH consent screens, app passwords or fragile mail client configuration.
Messages are sent from company@allworx-voicemail.com, for example
acme@allworx-voicemail.com, and each voicemail arrives with a WAV
attachment you can play back or archive.
How the relay works
Voicemails are received by our relay platform, converted into standard email messages, and delivered to every recipient you have configured. Subject lines include caller information and a timestamp so messages are easy to scan, sort and search later.

Deliverability & security
A few small steps on your mail platform keep relay messages landing reliably in the inbox rather than the junk folder.

allworx-voicemail.comand add it to your contacts for best delivery. - SPF/DKIM/DMARC compliance from your mail provider helps prevent filtering.
- Large attachments may be rejected by some servers if recordings exceed size limits.
All messages are delivered via email only — SMS gateways (for example AT&T) have been discontinued by most carriers.
Certain relay issues may stem from third-party mail filtering beyond our control. If you suspect provider-level filtering, please contact both your email provider and our support team.
Pricing
Email Relay is billed per mailbox at $14.99 per month, or $79.99 per six months if you prefer to pay up front. There is no long-term contract, and the service can be combined with any support plan or used entirely on its own.
