Mobile Device Management (MDM) Terms of Use

These Mobile Device Management (MDM) Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of devices enrolled in the MDM program managed by Networks by Plouffe ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By enrolling or using a managed device, you ("User") agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Purpose

The MDM program is implemented to ensure the security, management, and compliance of mobile devices accessing company resources, including but not limited to email, files, and internal systems.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to tamper with, disable, or circumvent MDM controls or security policies.
• You must report lost or stolen devices immediately to Networks by Plouffe.
• Personal use of company-managed devices must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Company Rights

• We reserve the right to remotely wipe, lock, or locate managed devices if they are lost, compromised, or no longer compliant.
• We may enforce device encryption, password policies, application restrictions, and security updates.
• We reserve the right to monitor device activity within the scope of security and compliance requirements.

4. Data Privacy

We strive to balance device management with user privacy. Personal content (such as photos, texts, and personal apps) is not monitored unless explicitly stated. Company data is always subject to monitoring and management.

5. Termination

Devices will be unenrolled from MDM upon employee separation, loss of device, or when deemed unnecessary. All company data may be remotely removed upon termination of the MDM agreement.

6. Acknowledgment

By using a device enrolled in our MDM system, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use.
